Dennis Politic started football in Brașov, then he arrived at Manchester United's academy. In 2015 he arrived at Bolton, in the club's U18 team, and then made the step to the second team. A loan spell at Salford followed. Upon his return from loan, he was promoted to the Bolton senior team.

In 2021 he was loaned by Bolton to Port Vale, and on his return he left Bolton and signed with Cremonese. The Italians loaned him again to Port Vale, and then Dinamo intervened, who brought him in 2023 as a player free of contract.
