The Sovetsky District Court of Krasnoyarsk sentenced the driver, which to death shot down motorcyclist

As a result of the collision, the motorcycle driver received multiple injuries. from which he died in the regional hospital.
The court found the driver of the car guilty under Part 3 of Art. 264 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation. He was sentenced to imprisonment in a penal colony for a period of 1 year 6 months with deprivation of the right to drive vehicles for a period of 2 years.
The press service also clarified that the injured party filed a civil claim to recover from the perpetrator 10,000,000 rubles as compensation for moral damage and 561,900 rubles in compensation for property damage.
“The civil claim of the victim in terms of moral damage was satisfied by the court in the amount of one million rubles; in terms of recovery of material damage, the court referred the issue of determining its amount to consideration in civil proceedings, since the evidence presented to the court requires additional calculation and justification,” – stated in court.
