What cottage cheese is needed

According to Klopotenko, cottage cheese for dumplings should be with 9% fat content, dry and not sour.

Products:

  • 300 g of cottage cheese;
  • 1 egg;
  • 2 tbsp. l. Sahara;
  • 4 tbsp. l. flour;
  • 1 pinch of salt.

Cooking

  1. Pull the cottage cheese through a sieve so that the dumplings turn out without lumps.
  2. Add sugar, salt and egg. Mix.
  3. Add flour and knead the dough.
  4. Pour a sufficient amount of water into the pan and bring to a boil.
  5. Sprinkle the working surface with flour.
  6. Form long tubes from the dough and cut them into pieces of arbitrary shape.
  7. Squeeze a little and roll in flour.
  8. Boil pieces of dough in boiling water for two minutes after surfacing.
