Fry yourself delicious and crispy pies. A successful recipe for a quick test in boiling water

The author of the Ukrainian culinary Instagram blog Lyubov Anoshkina told how to make fried pies from choux yeast dough.

The blogger noted that this dough is prepared very quickly and without dough, and the pies from it turn out tasty and crispy.

Products

  • 750 g flour;
  • 250 ml warm milk;
  • 250 ml boiling water;
  • 3 tbsp. l. vegetable oil;
  • 1 tbsp. l. yeast;
  • 1 tbsp. l. Sahara;
  • 1 tsp. salt.

Preparation

  1. Mix milk, sugar, salt, vegetable oil. Add flour. Stir.
  2. Pour boiling water and knead the dough. Leave the dough for 10 minutes and then form it into pies.
  3. Fry the pies in vegetable oil over low heat.
