Context
The fourth studio album of the Spanish singer includes 18 compositions in 13 languages, including the track De Madruga (“At Dawn”), which contains phrases in Ukrainian: “I am not looking for revenge. Revenge is looking for me.”
In a comment to The Guardian, the star said that this phrase is connected with the image of the Kyiv Princess Olga. The artist noted that the princess was considered a saint because “she brought many people to Christianity,” but at the same time “she was a murderer.” The singer added that after Princess Olga's husband died, she “killed many people out of revenge.” Rosalia called it crazy that “such a person could become a saint.”
