A resident of the Krasnoyarsk Territory illegally registered 15 migrants in an emergency apartment (video)

In the Krasnoyarsk Territory, police have established the fact of mass fictitious registration of migrants.

The press service of the regional police said that during the monitoring of information resources, law enforcement officers identified 15 notifications about the registration of migrants at one address in the village of Oktyabrsky, Boguchansky District. To verify the information, the police, together with employees from the FSB and the Federal Penitentiary Service, went to the specified address.

“During the visit, law enforcement officers saw that the only furniture in the room was beds. At the same time, there was no running water, bedding, personal belongings of visitors, dishes and other signs of human habitation. Nevertheless, the owner tried to save her situation, assuring law enforcement officers that migrants lived here, and even lit the stove. However, everything did not go according to plan: the rooms were filled with smoke, and the pipes were damaged due to the frozen heating system,” the police explained.

According to the 41-year-old owner of the apartment, she was unable to register 15 visitors at their place of actual residence due to problems with documentation. Therefore, I decided to register them in an apartment that was unfit for habitation.

Regarding a woman a criminal case was initiated under Art. 322.3 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation “Fictitious registration of a foreign citizen.” She's in danger imprisonment for up to five years.
