On the night of January 13 in the Kazachinsky district of the Krasnoyarsk Territory, 4 people were injured as a result of a single road accident.
According to the traffic police, at 216 km of the Krasnoyarsk-Yeniseisk highway, a 51-year-old driver of a Toyota Grand Hiace drove into the lane for oncoming traffic, lost control and hit a concrete barrier on the right in the direction of travel.
There were 4 passengers in the minivan who were injured and were hospitalized. It was determined that the victims and the driver were not wearing seat belts.
“A criminal case has been initiated against the culprit of the car accident under Part 1 of Art. 264 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation “Violation of traffic rules resulting in serious harm to human health,” and he also faces administrative liability under Part 2 of Art. 14.1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation “Carrying out business activities without special permission” and Art. 12.6 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation for transporting unbelted passengers,” the traffic police said.
