
Ukrainian culinary blogger Olga Ryabenko shared a soup recipe on Instagram on January 11.
“A quick and very tasty soup. If you are tired of ordinary soups, try making this delicious soup,” the blogger wrote.
Ingredients:
- four potatoes;
- one or two carrots;
- one zucchini;
- one leek;
- two sweet peppers;
- four chicken thighs;
- water;
- salt and pepper to taste;
- one bay leaf;
- 1 tsp. turmeric;
- paprika;
- 2 tbsp. l. dried garlic;
- juice of half a lemon;
- sour cream.
Preparation
- Peel the vegetables and cut them into cubes.
- Place the vegetables in a pan and place the meat on top, add spices and add water so that it covers the food.
- Cook until done. Then remove the meat and disassemble it into fibers.
- Blend the vegetables into a creamy texture with a blender.
- Return the chicken to the soup and cook the soup for a few more minutes.
- Before serving, add herbs, lemon juice and sour cream.
