In Noyabrsk, a special psychological relief room was opened for medical workers. She began working at the perinatal center of the city hospital, Yamal 1 reports.
The facility is designed to help doctors and nurses cope with the stress that accumulates during their complex and emotionally demanding work. Now employees have the opportunity to relax and recuperate during their shift.
If necessary, hospital workers can also receive professional help – the medical institution provides consultations with a clinical psychologist.
