

According to Dimid, she consciously began to work on discipline and a clear system of actions in order to get rid of excess weight without motivation.
“I do 45 minutes of strength training every day and am already building up to 1.5–2 hours of cardio,” she added. “Right now my goal is 65 kg. That’s another 15 kg.”
She noted that she does not like to go to the gym, but she forces herself to do it every day.
“I lost 65 kg in six months, and this is called extreme weight loss. Now we are raising my caloric intake per day, we continue to go to the gym, but it will still be a calorie deficit. Therefore, weight loss will occur, but much more slowly,” Dimid shared.
Context
Filming for the show started on May 22. 16 people participated in the project. The heaviest participant weighed 220 kg, the minimum weight of a project participant was 140 kg. The show's coaches were Ukrainian athletes Marina Borzhemskaya and Alexey Novikov. The presenter was soldier Daniel Salem.
The winner was Odessa resident Vyacheslav Grabovoy, who lost weight from 195 kg to 91 kg; the finalists were Magdalena Dimid and Vadim Boyko, who lost an extra 65 kg.
