Minaur Baia Mare, SUPERB victory in Norway, on Larvik's field! Goal with 10 seconds to go

Minaur Baia Mare started the group stage of the EHF European League right, winning 28-26 on Larvik's field. After a half and a half with a lot of balance, the band from the north-west of the country took the initiative, defended better and won in Norway.

The EHF European League groups started today, and Romania has three teams at the start: Rapid, Corona Brașov and Minaur Baia Mare. The one that opened the ball is the Maramureş team, which obtained the qualification in this phase of the competition miraculously.

The match in Norway was extremely balanced from start to finish. Yuliya Dumanska managed two very nice parades at the start of the match, but Larvik responded strongly and took the lead.

The Nordics were in front for most of the first half, but couldn't break away. The score remained tight and, at halftime, the scoreboard showed equality: 13-13.

After returning from the locker room, Larvik and Minaur continued to take the lead and give the spectators an intense match. However, the guest had more focus and inspiration in attack, taking advantage of the home team's mistakes.

In the last 10 minutes, Dumanska took into account some important parades and the Bavarians resisted until the end. Larvik came close to a goal, but Minaur scored with 10 seconds left and won 28-26.
