Bus traffic was limited on the highway in the Krasnoyarsk Territory due to a snowstorm (video)

In the Uzhursky district of the Krasnoyarsk Territory, today, January 10, restrictions have been introduced on the movement of buses. This was reported by the press service of the State Traffic Inspectorate of the region.

Restrictions were introduced on the Achinsk-Uzhur-Troitskoye highway from 83 to 122 km for category “D” vehicles due to snow, blizzards and strong winds.

“With heavy rainfall, snow drift may form on some sections of roads. Under such road conditions, the State Traffic Inspectorate recommends refraining from traveling,” the traffic police noted.

Police officers added that due to weather conditions, the road situation in the region has become sharply complicated. Icy conditions are possible in some areas. Drivers are asked to be extremely careful.

Let us remind you that on January 10, in the afternoon, an accident involving a bus occurred in the Uzhur district. There were 12 passengers on the bus at the time of the accident. According to preliminary information, 5 passengers were hospitalized in a medical facility, two of them are minors – 11 and 16 years old, 6 passengers were provided with one-time medical assistance.
