The blogger noted that according to this recipe, the porridge turns out perfect, just like in childhood: not runny and not thick.

Proportions

  • 40 g semolina;
  • 0.5 liters of milk.

Preparation

  1. Pour milk into a saucepan and bring to a boil.
  2. While stirring the milk with a whisk, add the semolina. Bring to a boil and cook for another five minutes, stirring.
  3. Salt and sugar to taste. Leave for 30 minutes.
