An unknown person threw a Molotov cocktail at a police car near the Arbat police station in the center of Moscow. Presumably, the 65-year-old man became a victim of Ukrainian scammers.
According to Mash, at around 5 p.m., the pensioner threw a Molotov cocktail under his official car. The fire was quickly put out, the man was detained, and the area was cordoned off.
