Thermal values ​​will be decreasing in most areas, less so in the south and southeast, where they will remain above the averages specific to the period. In Banat, Crișana and Maramureș it will snow, the amounts of water will generally be 15…30 l/m2 and a layer of snow will be deposited.

In Transylvania and for the most part a Moldova there will be mixed precipitation during the day and mostly snow at night. There will be rain in the other regions. In Dobrogea electrical discharges will be possible, and in the second part of the interval, in Olten and in the west and northern Muntenia, there will also be sleet and snow. Locally, there will be dust deposits, according to the Observer.

The wind will blow weak and moderate, with intensifications in the mountains, so that the snow will temporarily be blizzard and the visibility will be low. At night, the wind will intensify in the south, center and east, with higher speeds in Oltenia and on the coast (generally 50…60 km/h).

Maximum temperatures will be between -4 degrees in the northwest and 18 degrees in the extreme southeast, and minimum temperatures will be between -8 and 7 degrees. In limited areas, especially at the beginning of the interval, there will be fog.

In Bucharestthe sky will be cloudy and there will be light rain temporarily, and towards the end of the interval, possibly sleet. The wind will blow weakly and moderately during the day, with intensification at night (35…45 km/h). The maximum temperature will be 6…7 degrees, and the minimum 0…1 degree. There will be foggy conditions at the start of the day.

In Western Carpathians, west of the Southern Carpathians and in the north of the Eastern Carpathians it will snow, the amounts of water will generally be 15…30 l/m2 and a layer of snow will be deposited, more consistent in the mountains (20…30 cm). In the rest of the mountain areas there will be mixed precipitation during the day and mostly snow at night. The wind will blow moderately, with intensifications, especially in the Southern and Curvature Carpathians, with speeds of 50…70 km/h, and at altitudes above 1700 m, gusts of 70…85 km/h, so that the snow will temporarily be blizzard and the visibility low.
