Following the request of the Military Trade Union, the leader of the Motherland created a parliamentary inter -factional association for the protection of veterans, servicemen and their families in the Verkhovna Rada. It has already included 37 deputies, and Tymoshenko was elected the head.
The work of the MFI will be as open as possible, with the involvement of military personnel and trade unions, because no one understands the problem better than the military and their families themselves.
The work of the MFI, she said, is intended to correct gaps in state policy, which has not yet provided clear and fair mechanisms for the protection of the rights of our soldiers.
Tymoshenko, together with other deputies, plans to cover the whole complex of problems that our defenders now face: from the accrual of combat to psychological rehabilitation; from VLK to employment after dismissal.
Separately, the leader of the Motherland proposes to monitor compliance with the legislation and comply with the rules of laws on guaranteed benefits and social guarantees of defenders and their families.
