
User of the Ukrainian culinary portal Cookpad Darina Posmetnaya shared a recipe for pancakes with boiling water and milk.
“Pancakes that will definitely turn out soft,” the user noted.
Ingredients:
- two eggs;
- 2 tbsp. l. Sahara;
- 300 ml milk;
- 180–200 ml boiling water;
- 200 g flour;
- 30 g butter;
- a pinch of salt.
Preparation
- In a bowl, beat eggs with sugar and a pinch of salt. If you want sweet pancakes, you need to add more sugar.
- Add milk and sifted flour. We combine everything so that there are no lumps.
- Pour boiling water in a thin stream and quickly knead the batter.
- Add melted butter and leave the dough to rest for 15 minutes.
- Before the first pancake, you can grease the pan with vegetable oil. Fry the pancakes over high heat for 20–30 seconds on each side.
- Serve the finished pancakes with sour cream, jam or filling.
