The Coalition of the Willing, a group of countries supporting Ukraine, has decided to establish a coordination unit at the coalition headquarters in Paris, Reuters reported on Tuesday, citing the draft statement, which requires approval at a coalition meeting.

The draft also stipulates that security guarantees for Ukraine will include “binding obligations” to support the country in the event of a future armed attack by Russia. “These commitments may include the use of military capabilities, intelligence and logistical support, diplomatic initiatives, and the adoption of additional sanctions,” it was written.
He also says that coalition countries agree to continue providing crucial long-term military assistance to Ukrainian forces. The countries will participate in a “ceasefire monitoring and verification mechanism” led by the United States, Reuters reported.
Representatives of the coalition of those willing will meet on Tuesday afternoon in Paris. The aim of this meeting is to confirm the rapprochement of the positions of European countries, Ukraine and the USA, as well as to specify the obligations of the countries belonging to the coalition. Five issues are a priority: ways to monitor the future ceasefire, support for the Ukrainian army, deployment of future reassurance forces on land, obligations in the event of a possible attack by Russia, and long-term defense cooperation with Ukraine.
The coalition summit on Tuesday afternoon will bring together representatives of 35 countries. President Donald Trump's envoys: Steve Witkoff and Jared Kushner have already arrived at the Elysée Palace. Poland will be represented at the meeting by Prime Minister Donald Tusk.
