Members of the so-called coalition of the willing, Ukraine and the United States signed the Paris Declaration on Tuesday, which is intended to provide “robust security guarantees for lasting peace in Ukraine.” One of the obligations is the support of allied countries for Kiev in the event of a future armed attack by Russia.
