The attempt to detain terrorists in Moscow was filmed alive by a neighbor from the apartment opposite. Judging by the footage, the security forces offered the Islamists to surrender until the very end.
To organize the explosion, the criminals rented two neighboring apartments in a high-rise building on Pererva Street. They made explosives there and prepared for a terrorist attack. They put the gas cylinders in the two-wheeler they bought and managed to take them to the police department.
Today employees came to see them. Eight people were preliminary detained. Two more were destroyed.
