
On January 2, the author of the Ukrainian culinary Instagram blog Anastasia Boyko told how to easily and very simply prepare incredibly tasty and tender rice.
The blogger added that buckwheat can also be cooked this way.
Preparation
- Pour water into a saucepan and bring to a boil.
- After the water boils, place a colander on the pan, pour rice into it and cover with a lid.
- Cook the rice, stirring occasionally.
The food blogger noted that thanks to this method, the rice will never burn.
