Krasnoyarsk OFAS will punish the company for deceptive advertising of investments in cryptocurrency

The Krasnoyarsk department of the FAS filed a case against the company Sparta LLC for illegal advertising of cryptocurrency trading courses.
The company posted advertisements about trainings on one of the social networks with the promise of an income of 400-600 dollars in the first week. At the same time, to start, a novice “investor” was required to deposit about $100.
In promotional materials, the company offered access to the crypto exchange platform, practical training with an analyst, and theoretical lessons.
According to Russian legislation, advertising of services related to the circulation of digital currency is prohibited.
For violating the law, the company faces a fine of 100 to 500 thousand rubles.
