SuperLiga: Bogdan Andone, about the teams with which FC Argeș will measure their strength in Turkey: “They want to kick me out after the training camp”

The team of FC Argeș gathered today and left for the training camp in Antalya. The group from Pitesti will play friendly matches with Bursaspor and Gaziantep and will return to the country on January 13.
FC Argeș team squad in training camp in Turkey:
- Goalkeepers: David Lazar, Cătălin Straton, Alexandru Silveanu and Luca Crăciun
- Field players: Florin Borța, Dorinel Oancea, Andrei Tofan, Marius Briceag, Mario Tudose, Leard Sadriu, Guilherme Garutti, Rober Sierra, Takayuki Seto, Ionuţ Radescu, Xian Emmers, Robert Popescu, Jakov Blagaić, Vadim Rața, Yanis Pîrvu, Robert Moldoveanu, Adel Bettaieb, Caio Martins, Ricardo Matos, Adriano Manole and Kevin Brobbey.
Esteban Orozco will join the team on January 8, until recently he was in Morocco, where he participated with Equatorial Guinea in the African Cup of Nations, informs FC Argeș.
Dani Coman: “I told Dani Coman that he wants to kick me out after training camp”
Asked about the opponents that FC Argeș will meet in Turkey, Bursaspor (January 6) and Gaziantep (January 9), coach Bogdan Andone said:
“Yes, I actually joked with Dani Coman. Seeing the opponents I took for the friendlies, I actually told him that he wants to kick me out after the training camp (no, he's not saying it jokingly).
We have these opponents, but there were not many solutions, we avoided teams from Ukraine, Russia, because they are more aggressive. We play with teams from the first league in Turkey, from the second league. I spoke with Sorescu the other day, he told me that he will score a hat-trick against us, I can't wait for him, too!
We are preparing the first game, the one against FCSB, which is the most important. It will be an extremely, extremely difficult match, we will have to get used to the pace and intensity of a quality team”, said Bogdan Andone, according to gsp.ro.
FC Argeș – FCSB, the first official match of the Pitesti group in 2026, will be played on January 16, from 20:00, in stage #22 of League 1.
