Levin was born in Odessa in 1986. The family moved to Israel when he was nine years old.
In 2005-2010 he served in the ground forces of the Israeli defense army. In 2006 he took part in the war of Israel and Lebanon, and in 2008-2009 – in the military operation of Israel in the gas sector “cast lead”. The service was completed with the rank of lieutenant.
In 2016, a few years after the start of the Russian-Ukrainian war, he returned to Ukraine. In Ukraine, he was a military instructor.
