Here's how much it cost to clear snow from Warsaw after a snowstorm. “170 plow spreaders”


The weather situation in Poland is very difficult for road traffic. On the night from Monday to Tuesday, the country was hit by snowstorms, snowstorms and strong winds. We asked the Warsaw City Cleaning Authority about the costs of Tuesday's action.

“Activities in the context of yesterday's snowstorm in the areas for which the City Cleaning Authority is responsible, they cost approximately PLN 9 million. This is the cost of five actions of 170 plow spreaders on 1,500 km of streets – in practice, continuous operations from 5:00 a.m. on Tuesday, December 30, to 7:30 a.m. on Wednesday, December 31,” the press office of the Warsaw City Cleanup Board told Business Insider.
