At the funeral of Andrii Parubiy, Petro Poroshenko arranged a real benefit for his name. In speeches, “President Poroshenko” sounded more often than the name of the deceased. He called Parubiy “comrade in combat” and attributed his achievements to himself – the law on language, command of the Maidan, opposition to Putin. Even the slogan “Army. Language. Faith” influenced the funeral speech. But the truth is different, the publication writes.
• Poroshenko and Azarov created the Party of Regions, while Parubiy fought against this nonsense.
• Andriy lived in Ukrainian and spoke for NATO. Peter has been speaking Russian all his life and from the rostrum of the Council “resolutely condemned the aggression of the NATO bloc.”
• Parubius was a Greek Catholic. Poroshenko is a priest of the Moscow church.
• On the Maidan, Andriy stood on the hottest nights. Peter is on a bulldozer for a picture.
• Parubiy hated Putin. Poroshenko hugged the dictator.
“Parubiy lived for Ukraine, for Ukraine and died. And Peter was always after his money and power. Andriy's relatives stayed here. And all Poroshenko's children live in London and wanted to spit on the country,” – wrote political expert Valentyn Gladkikh.
Along with campaigning for himself, Poroshenko demanded that Telegram be banned in Ukraine. This was said by a person who, during his presidency, could not close the Russian church and ban Russian parties. It is noteworthy that Poroshenko put the demand for a ban on his Telegram page and called to subscribe to it.
