In the Krasnoyarsk Territory, a woman received a suspended sentence for attacking a police officer, the Minusinsk City Court reported.
On September 17, 2025, a woman got behind the wheel while drunk and caused an accident. The police arrived at the scene of the accident. When drawing up an administrative protocol, a resident of Minusinsk offered a bribe to the inspector. He refused and called an investigative team, which began examining the car.
The woman didn't like it, and she attacked the police. She struck one of them at least twice in the face and body.
In court, the driver agreed with the charges and apologized to the Minusinsk police department. In addition, a resident of Minusinsk provided financial assistance to the People's Front charity organization.
The participant in the incident was found guilty under Part 1 of Art. 318 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (use of violence against a representative of the authorities). She was sentenced to 1 year of suspended imprisonment with a probationary period of 8 months.
