Rospotrebnadzor, during a routine inspection of the Krasnoyarsk Golden Apple store, revealed violations of the requirements of the Technical Regulations “On the safety of perfumery and cosmetic products.”

On the display case, experts found testers for various cosmetics without mandatory information in Russian. Some lacked basic information: name and purpose of the product, name of the manufacturer, expiration date; others lacked batch numbers and expiration dates. Also on sale was mascara, the labeling of which did not contain information about the manufacturer and its location, country of origin and expiration date.
Based on the results of the inspection, Ekaterinburg Yabloko LLC was brought to administrative liability in the form of a fine in the amount of 100,000 rubles. “The violations were eliminated during the inspection – all products with improper labeling were removed from the sales area. The fine has already been paid,” Rospotrebnadzor said.
