Parade of Father Frosts and Snow Maidens takes place in Krasnoyarsk

There is a good New Year's tradition in Krasnoyarsk: on the eve of the holiday, parents of schoolchildren and preschool children organize a parade of Father Frosts and Snow Maidens for their children. The format of the event varies from institution to institution. Somewhere the holiday takes place with songs and round dances around the Christmas tree, somewhere around the building of a school or kindergarten.

“Some people give gifts and congratulate the guys, some have been participating in the parade for several years now, and for others this is their debut. However, everyone has one thing in common: a sincere desire to give children a small New Year’s miracle,” the main education department of the Krasnoyarsk administration reported.

Usually at this moment, classes in schools are suspended, and the children watch the fairy-tale procession from the windows, trying to spot their mothers and fathers among the wizards.

Let us remind you that earlier an unusual patrol was noticed on the streets of the village of Boguchany: policeman Santa Claus, the fabulous Grinch and representatives of the motorcycle community congratulated residents and guests of the district on the upcoming New Year.
