A system administrator from Nazarov demanded compensation from a client who complained to his manager about hack work and watching obscene content at work. About this writes the press service of the courts of the Krasnoyarsk Territory.

In November, the defendant sent a letter to the organization where he works sysadmin. V neHe claimed that the system administrator did not repair his computer for a week, but instead watched obscene films at work.

The plaintiff insists that this information is untrue and discredits his professional reputation. He points out that after returning the computer, the client had no complaints about the quality of the repair.

The system administrator asks the court to officially recognize the information as false and defamatory and to recover compensation for moral damages from the client in the amount of 20 thousand rubles.

The statement of claim was accepted by the court for proceedings, and a preliminary court hearing was scheduled to prepare the case for trial.
