

According to the government decision, connection to the network must be organized using xPON fiber optic technology, which works without electricity for up to 72 hours, or using Starlink satellite communications.
“Without communication, the “point of indestructibility” is just a warm room. With the Internet, it is access to government services, news and coordination with emergency services,” the Ministry of Digital Development believes.
Also, all “invincibility points” will receive a static IP address, which will allow officials to automatically check the operation of the network at a specific point, the report says.
