Four rules for being slim from Dr. Myasnikov: no diet or special foods

On the TV show “About the Most Important Thing” (16+) on the Rossiya 1 TV channel, doctor and TV presenter Alexander Myasnikov shared four principles, following which, in his opinion, helps maintain a slim figure.

“You want to be slim. What do you need to do for this? Have breakfast on time, sleep normally and move a lot. And don’t overfed. Simple? Simple,” stated Myasnikov.

The specialist explained the first point by saying that a morning meal triggers the body’s internal biological mechanisms and improves well-being throughout the day. Myasnikov emphasized that physical exercise should be given at least 40 minutes, at least five times a week.

He appealed to Russians seeking to lose weight with a request not to resort to stimulating metabolism with the help of special products.
