After a first wave of intense events, from Nemo concerts and street dance competitions, to shows that deeply excited the public, Romanian Creative WeekStrategic cultural event designated by the Ministry of Culture and the largest festival dedicated to creative industries in the European Union, opens the second week. The public from Iasi will discover New Media installations, immersive exhibitions and spectacular fashion shows, held in some of the most surprising locations in Iași.
From Live Sessions intimate to spontaneous shows, the RCW music festival connects the public with the new music voices and offers an authentic, rhythm and inspiration.
In the special decor of the Turkish bath, Nemo Silent Concertsupported by Glo, Promotop, Crossworlder, brought to the fore the voices of the future in an intimate and deep experience, where the public discovered young artists with potential of stars, through a silent concert, but with maximum sound and emotional impact.
“The Turkish bath and the concerts we organized became, these days, a platform for free expression of young artists, both from Romania and from the Republic of Moldova. I was pleasantly surprised to see people of all ages, from children to the elderly, who enjoyed the music from the headphones and the whole atmosphere … intimate, special and beautiful. These events will continue during the year, not only during the official period of Romanian Creative Week, and I can say that this year's edition was a success“, He said Cătălin Alionte, the director of RCW and the curator Music Festivalevent supported by Pepsi, Glo, Banca Transilvania.

Until May 21, Alexandru Lăpușneanu street is the scene of unconventional musical interventions: DJ ad-hoc sets, supported from the balcony, who activate the urban space and invite the dance passers-by, all under the ae. Nemo in the City-pop-up.
“This is the first time I come to Iasi, in Romanian Creative Week, and I am very excited to meet the Iasi audience. I can hardly wait to enjoy the rhythms of the music together and create an unforgettable atmosphere. I will try to offer an experience in which everyone can connect with art and the creative side, and I will give a show loaded with emotion ”, said Alejandro Fernandez Holt, an artist invited at the RCW music festival.
Between May 19-21, RCW is hosting and Nemo Music Camp & Round Tablean initiative dedicated to music creators, emerging artists and industry professionals, who propose collective and composition work sessions, as well as a series of applied discussions about the current challenges in the industry, the rights of artists and sustainable career models.
Also, by May 25, it takes life and Heartbeat Paviliona space that pulsates in the pace of creativity, connection and love. Inspired by the (real) love of Romanian Creative Week, the pavilion gets the shape of a heart, symbolizing both the rhythm of the music and the shared emotions that bring us closer to each other. After the event, this pavilion will be donated, to continue to represent a meeting and inspiration.
On the rhythms of the music, the dance festival debuted and Hazardancesupported by Glo, Printco and Promotop, with a lot of energy and enthusiasm, through the competition Hazarbattle. The Street Dance contest brought together dancers from all over the country and from the Republic of Moldova.
One of the most anticipated moments of the dance festival was the show “The dance of the beasts”, Supported by the legendary Jesús Carmona, considered one of the most important flamenco dancers of the world, along with the multidisciplinary musician Manu Masledo. The show, divided into three scenes, built a symbolic confrontation with the beast, which the two artists challenged to dance, and the avant-garde music and a magnet atmosphere feet.
Hazardance continues with shows Hazardance Showcase, Astradal, flight and Fabula Rasa.

New Media section explores the intersection between art and technology
New Media District 2025a section supported by Audi, Raiffeisen Bank and Vodafone, investigates the relationship between affection and technology, under the curator of Andrei Cozlac, a double award -winning video mapping. Consecrated artists and students present installations, projections and visual interventions that explore love, fear, absence and information overload.
The 25 invited artists explore through the proposed projects a form of the memory of affectivity, as defines our emotion in relation to the reasoning and what realities they generate. Moreover, installations such as “Collective Heart“,”I feel you and everything is new“,”Community / Neo Art Connect“Or”A ThoTand Ways to Love“Visually transpose the (real) love theme, into an Iasi mapped by emotion, rhythm and digital perception.
At the same time, New Media District supports the New Media artistic movement every year, namely New Media Jam's creative workshops, founded and supported by Dromp and Graffo artists.
Anniversary edition brings premiere, consecrated artists and young designers at RFW
Romanian Fashion Week (RFW), the longest -lived international fashion event in Romania, returns to Iași on May 23-25, with a spectacular anniversary edition. Palas gardens or surprise locations in the city will host dozens of collections signed by some of the most appreciated Romanian designers. These include Axente, Bol Fashion of Nature by Oana Lupaș, Ioana Ciolacu, Tudor Halațiu, Cristina Lazăr, Lenca, Lunar Laboratories, Raluc, Scapadona, Irina Schrotter and Andrea Tincu. The supporters of this edition of Romanian Fashion Week are Pepsi, Glo, Iulius, Banca Transilvania, Lancome, Philips, Stella Artois, Zano Pizza, Mionetto, Printco, Promotop.
This year's edition also celebrates the activity of RFW, strengthening its mission to support and promote the new generations of creators. In this regard, the organizers bring two special platforms to the foreground: RFW New Wavededicated to young designers, and RFW Academiaaddressed to students, masters and doctoral students from the six guest universities.
The RFW 2025 curators are Ovidiu Buta, for the section Romanian Designersand Lucian Broscățean and Ioana Ciolacu for RFW New Wave and RFW Academia. The makeup of the shows will be made by the Lancôme team, under the coordination of NMA Alexandru Abagiu, and the Hair Styling will carry the signature Philips, through the team led by ambassador Sorin Stratulat.

Romanian Creative Week It is organized by the Federation of Patrons in the Creative Industries, the only representative employer at national level working in the creative industries sector. It was established in Iasi, in August 2011. It has organized, directly or through the members of the member, more than 100 actions of national and international promotion of creative industries.
