Revenge on the Russians
Since the full-scale invasion began in February 2022, Kiev has carried out attacks targeting Russian military personnel and people supporting the Kremlin both in Russia and in the occupied territories of Ukraine.
In December 2024, Igor Kirillov, head of Russia's radiological, chemical and biological defense forces, died as a result of the explosion of a trap planted in a scooter in Moscow.
