Sovcombank confirmed its place in the top three of the independent Mobile Banking Rank 2025

December 23 16:33

Sovcombank's mobile application for Android is one of the top three in terms of quality of digital customer experience and retains third place in the annual large-scale study Mobile Banking Rank 2025 from the Markswebb agency.

Experts note that the bank demonstrates “rare and advanced functionality in certain scenarios.”

Among the key advantages highlighted by analysts are smart payments with a recommended replenishment amount and quick entry based on history, as well as a high level of savings automation through flexible auto-savings. A unique feature of the financial analytics in the application was the ability to divide one transaction into several categories for detailed accounting of expenses. In addition, clients can see the date of the last payment using a template and share the templates themselves with other bank users.

Over the past year, the application has increased transparency through improved information about tariffs and commissions for various transactions, including transfers, cash-out and international payments. Automation capabilities have also expanded: a function has appeared for setting up automatic subscription payments for certain types of services.

According to the study's findings, the mobile banking market has reached a stage of maturity, where competition is shifting from the availability of functions to the depth and naturalness of their integration into the client's life. Sovcombank’s successful place in the ranking confirms that the bank’s digital service is developing precisely in this direction, striving to become not just a tool for transactions, but a full-fledged assistant for long-term financial support.
