Governor of the Krasnoyarsk Territory Mikhail Kotyukov personally assessed the construction of a large-scale logistics park in the Emelyanovsky district. The facility is already partially operational: three ready-made buildings house federal marketplaces.
The head of the region inspected the new production and warehouse complex with an area of 35 thousand square meters, the delivery of which is scheduled for January 2026. It will be able to simultaneously store up to 15 million units of goods and process up to 400 thousand orders per day.
The total investment in creating the park is estimated at 30 billion rubles.

The launch of this complex will bring new jobs to the region and seriously change logistics for local businesses. More than three thousand Krasnoyarsk entrepreneurs will have the opportunity to deliver their goods faster and cheaper. For residents of the region, including remote areas, this means faster delivery and a larger selection of goods.
“We are located in the geographical center of the country, at the crossroads of transport routes. The operation of this park will expand opportunities for our manufacturers and allow residents to receive orders from other regions much faster,” emphasized Mikhail Kotyukov.
In the future, they plan to build a distribution center for retail chains and a complex for light industry enterprises on this site.
