Gigi Becali, the owner of FCSB, announced that Dennis Politic (25 years old) would remain in the red-blue team. The left winger has not played since November 27, when he came on for the final against Red Star Belgrade.
Brought for one million euros from Dinamo, plus Musi traded, Politic faced medical problems at FCSB.
In the latter part of the year, he only got minutes in late games. The last time he played a random half on October 29, in the Romanian Cup, with Gloria Bistrița, score 3-1. Since then, he has played 36 more minutes in two months.

In December, Dennis didn't start at all, being an unused reserve in the last 6 games of the year for FCSB. Politic has not been a starter at FCSB since September 19, since the failure with Botoșani, score 1-3.
In a discussion with journalists at the palace in Aleea Alexandru, Becali was asked if he received offers for Politic and Baba Alhassan, another player with few minutes.
“I don't know. How do we give the players? I need players who are already on the list. What are we taking now, we can't put on the list. Don't you see that we extended Malcom's contract for 6 months? How do we give?“, answered the boss from FCSB, referring to the UEFA list.
Dennis Politic has 22 matches for FCSB in all competitions, amassing 597 minutes. He scored 3 times for the red-blues.
Baba Alhassan, also used as a midfielder and centre-back, has featured 11 times in Ligue 1 this season. In total, he has 23 matches in red and blue in the 2025-2026 season.
