Mansi begin with the official's sister — Inna Mykolayivna Koreneva. In July 2021, two apartments were arranged for her in a new building on Sadova (108.3 and 108.9 square meters). In June 2023, history repeated itself: Inna became the co-owner of two more apartments on Faleevska Street — 92 and 96.9 sq.m. In total, more than 400 square meters without any visible business.
Korenev's wife, Yulia Parshenkoowns apartments on Nikolska and Potemkinska. They are in the declarations, but it is not clear what income they were purchased for.
The father-in-law and mother-in-law are not far behind. In July 2020, Petro and Olena Parshenko bought a real palace in Varvarivka – about a thousand square meters. In May 2025, Petro bought a house in the Khmelnytskyi region, and since 2018 he has been renting premises for Cosmonauts. Add here a fresh 2024 ZEEKR car for Peter and a Lexus RC350 designed for Elena in 2023.
All this strangely coincides with the periods when Korenev himself received key powers on construction and international projects. And the property is stably issued to the sister, father-in-law and mother-in-law, but not to the official himself.
