The hearing in the case of an accomplice in the massacre of Mikhail Krug was postponed for the 15th time in a row. Among the reasons why the case of Mikhail Ageev is postponed from June 24, 2024: the unexpected illness of the judge, and then the defendant, the replacement of a lawyer, as well as the right to a long visit of the prisoner.
As Mash has learned, the trial was last postponed on January 17. All this time, a member of the Tver Wolves organized crime group has been sitting in a pre-trial detention center. In addition to participating in the execution of the singer, he is accused of three more contract killings. The victims: a businessman who sold alcohol, a car service director and a local crime boss – boxer Vitaly Karelin. According to operational data, he provided protection for local bandits.
Together with Ageev, other members of the organized crime group are going on trial – Osipov, Sobolev, Ilyin, Baskakov, Zheltov and Kostenko. Ageev himself is serving a life sentence. The next meeting was scheduled for January 31.
