In the Krasnoyarsk Territory, a 35-year-old resident of Norilsk is accused of murdering her young son.
According to investigators, between December 14 and December 17, 2025, the woman left home to stay with a friend, leaving her four children without proper supervision and food: daughters aged 1, 2 and 15 years and a 5-month-old son. Due to prolonged fasting, the boy died of exhaustion on December 17.
During the inspection of the family’s apartment, located in one of the houses on Begicheva Street, Investigators recorded a lack of food in the refrigerator.
The two younger girls were taken to the hospital for medical care, the eldest was placed in a social shelter.
A criminal case was opened against the negligent mother under paragraphs. “c”, “d” part 2 art. 105 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (murder of a minor, known to the perpetrator to be in a helpless state, committed with particular cruelty), they interrogated him about the circumstances of the incident and took him into custody.
A resident of Norilsk, accused of murdering her 5-month-old son, was taken into custody.
Currently, investigators continue to clarify all the circumstances of the incident, including a legal assessment of the actions (inaction) of the preventive system authorities under Article 293 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (negligence).
