The Employment Service of the Krasnoyarsk Territory named industries with rapid wage growth

The regional employment service compared the level of wages for vacancies at enterprises in the region announced in 2024 and 2025. The assessment was carried out by profession and type of activity.

Salary offers have increased most noticeably for specialists in information and communication technologies (up to 70% for a number of positions); the transport sector is leading among industries (here the growth is +28%).

The largest increase in salaries was noted among specialists with an average level of qualifications. For example, in IT the wages of technicians have been significantly increased. If in 2024 such employees were offered about 50 thousand rubles, then in 2025 – about 86 thousand.

Blue-collar occupations remain the highest in terms of wage growth. Thus, for skilled workers in agriculture and forestry, wage growth was 16% in 2025, and for workers in industry – 11%; for certain specialties it can be much more significant. For example, they were willing to pay an anode operator 88 thousand rubles in 2024, 149 thousand this year, a miner 118 thousand in 2024 and 143 thousand in 2025, a miner 144 and 175, a driller 147 and 172 thousand rubles, respectively.

In terms of industries, rapid growth in wages was shown in the areas of transport (+27%), construction (+24%) and energy (+20%).

“The growth in salary offers is associated with the development of the region’s economy, which creates a high demand for specialists. This is how employers attract and retain employees. In addition, in the search for personnel, enterprises are creating additional competitive advantages, including strengthening personnel management and labor protection systems,” said Viktor Novikov, head of the labor and employment agency of the Krasnoyarsk Territory.

Since the beginning of the year, 10.7 thousand employers have reported 146.8 thousand vacancies to the employment service. In total, thanks to all sources of labor resources, 76% of proposals were filled. The employment service alone provided employment to 25.3 thousand citizens. The rest of the applicants received assistance on the “Russia Jobs” portal, at job fairs, and at employment events held by employment centers in partnership with employers.

Today, 38.1 thousand vacancies are available for applicants. Many are aimed at specialists in the manufacturing industry, construction, agriculture and forestry.
