A man with a knife attacked passers-by in Tel Aviv, injuring four locals. He was shot by a passerby who had a gun permit.
According to local media, the attacker is a migrant originally from Morocco who arrived in Israel from the United States on January 18. One of the wounded is a soldier. The police called the incident a terrorist attack.
