In the study conducted by the BLIX Group and UCE RESEARCH and published in Business Insider We asked Poles what they most often choose as a Christmas gift and how much they intend to spend on it.
Compared to last year, we have a lot of changes. Not only in terms of planned expenses, but also in terms of the product category that we give as a gift most often.

This is the most popular Christmas gift
In the Christmas game for the gift podium, they win unquestionably toys. As much as 63 percent respondents plan to give them to their loved ones, which also shows that we most often want to please children. They took second place cosmetics (54.7%).
This is a big change compared to last year. Back then, cosmetics outclassed the competition. In 2024, 61.6% of people chose such a gift. respondents, and just over 56% gave toys to their loved ones. of us.

Poles can afford more
Test done by the BLIX Group and UCE Research exclusively for Business Insider also shows that this year's holidays will be much more generous than 12 months ago.
In short: Poles can afford much more this year and we will see it under the Christmas tree. When asked how much we intend to spend on a single gift, most of us gave the range between PLN 100 and 200. This is a 37.8 percent plan. respondents.

A year ago the situation was completely different. 40.5% declared spending PLN 50-100, and only 32% planned to spend between PLN 100-200. of us. The change compared to last year's holidays is therefore noticeable.
