A Krasnoyarsk man received a serious sentence for beating a friend who showed disrespect to the participants of a drinking party

A Krasnoyarsk man will go to a maximum security colony for beating his friend and robbery.

As the police said, the fight took place in an apartment where a group of men were drinking alcohol. At some point, a verbal conflict occurred between them. Then the argument died down and everyone almost left. However, one of the men did not like that the 24-year-old guest (the youngest in the company) began to swear and express disrespect. He decided to teach the offender a lesson: he hit the young man in the nose, took away his mobile phone and 1.5 thousand rubles and left.

Police officers detained the suspect. The previously convicted 34-year-old Krasnoyarsk resident explained his actions by saying that they accepted the young man into their company, fed him, gave him something to drink, and he behaved so ugly.

A criminal case was opened against the attacker for robbery. The Sovetsky District Court of Krasnoyarsk found the man guilty and, taking into account similar crimes committed earlier, sentenced him to 10 years in prison for the totality of crimes, to be served in a maximum security colony. The verdict came into force.
