Withdrawal from an ATM, Blik or cashback in a store? Choosing the cash withdrawal method may cost us up to PLN 10 for one operation. In the latest Bankier.pl ranking, we analyze 18 flagship personal accounts, examining five key parameters – basic fees and rates for withdrawing funds from the account.

In the latest ranking of personal accounts, we take a closer look at five parameters that may influence the customer's choice of a given offer. Just like last month, the account's position in the table is determined primarily by basic fees, and then we check the fees for withdrawing cash from the account – via an ATM, Blik and in a store (cashback). The table includes flagship offers from banks that offer plastic debit cards. The ranking may include one proposal from a given institution.

PLN 3

Source: Own study by Bankier.pl based on the table of fees and commissions of individual banks, as of March 3, 2026.

It takes first place in the March ranking of personal accounts
Personal account (Easy package) from the offer Unicredit. The bank's high position is due to the lack of fees for all the parameters we check. The bank does not charge a fee for maintaining an account, operating a debit card and all analyzed forms of cash withdrawal – via an ATM, in a store as part of the cashback service or with Blik.

It ranks second Personal account from the ROR range Volkswagen Bank GmbH Branch in Poland. This is another offer that has PLN 0 in the price list for items related to maintaining an account and using a “debit card”. However, the fee appears when withdrawing from a machine other than the one belonging to the Planet Cash network. Then the bank will collect PLN 1. The same fee will be charged when you withdraw funds in the store (cashback). Blik withdrawals are currently not possible in this bank.

Top3 closes in March Nest Account from the offer Nest Bank. This is the third offer from the pool of those that will not charge the customer a fee for using the account and card. PLN 6 is a fee for withdrawing cash from an ATM other than one belonging to the Euronet network. An alternative may be withdrawals made via Blik or in a store. The bank does not charge any fees for them.

Change of fees at BNP Paribas Bank Polska

The latest ranking of personal accounts already includes the new terms and conditions of the Account Open to You from the BNP Paribas Bank Polska offer, which entered into force on March 1, 2026. From that date, the bank no longer charges a conditional fee for maintaining an account, which was PLN 2.50. The change also applies to card fees and ATM withdrawals. In the case of the cheapest debit card variant, i.e. Open Card for Today, the monthly fee is now PLN 9, not PLN 7 as at the end of February this year. The rate for withdrawal from a foreign ATM located within Poland increased from PLN 7 to PLN 10.
