In the Turukhansky district, a local resident was left without a New Year's holiday due to arrears in child support for four children. This was reported by the press service of bailiffs in the Krasnoyarsk Territory.

According to the department, the debtor has two daughters who have already reached adulthood, and two sons are under guardianship. The woman was not officially employed and systematically evaded paying alimony. Two administrative protocols were drawn up against her for failure to pay child support for minor children. The court sentenced her to 80 hours of compulsory labor.

“The debtor avoided serving her sentence, for which she was again brought to administrative responsibility under Part 4 of Art. 20.25 Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation. This time the punishment was more severe: by court decision, the woman was given administrative arrest for a period of three days. But even after the punishment, the debtor continued to ignore payment of not only alimony payments, but also administrative fines for evasion; she also did not plan to find a job,” the department said.

As a result, the bailiff established that the debtor bought a plane ticket and plans to go to Krasnoyarsk for the New Year holidays. She was called to an appointment by phone and warned that if she failed to appear, a forced arrest could be organized.

A few hours before the flight, the woman voluntarily appeared at the bailiff department in the Turukhansky district, where reports were drawn up against her for evading the execution of an administrative penalty. As a result, she fully paid off administrative fines in the amount of 5 thousand rubles and paid arrears of alimony in the amount of 2 million 600 thousand rubles. However, when the debtor left the bailiff department, her plane was already on its way to Krasnoyarsk.
