The building of a bar courtyard in the center of Krasnoyarsk is again being sold at a reduced price

The historic building, known as part of the bar court at 96 Karl Marx Street, is back on the market on December 4th.

Two-story outbuilding of the Tropin estate with a total area of ​​575 sq.m. appeared on the advertisement site at a price of 59 million rubles. Last year the cost of the same object was 60 million.

According to the lot description, the building does not have central heating. According to mapping services, the building is home to 19 organizations, including beauty salons, coffee shops, Bankai bars and Jawsspot. Previously, it also housed the Semi-Culture cidreria. Along with the Spot bar, they were put up for sale in July last year.

Let us add that the outbuilding of the Tropin estate was erected in 1910-1913. The building is a cultural heritage site of regional significance. The quarter in which it is located was formed in the first third of the 19th century, during the period of settlement of the development of Krasnoyarsk, which was located outside the border of the “old city”.
