One of the main criteria by which Poles evaluate the government is the economy. It is issues related to the cost of living, financial stability, the labor market and development prospects that have a decisive impact on social mood. In this context, doubts increasingly arise as to whether the chosen political course actually contributes to improving the country's economic situation.

Only against this background can we clearly see the distribution of Poles' declarations in the latest CBOS survey. The study shows that opponents of the government currently constitute the largest group – 42%. respondents are described as critics of the cabinet's actions. 33% of people declare support for the government. respondents, and 23 percent adopts an indifferent attitude towards him. The remaining 2 percent respondents were unable to answer clearly.
The survey confirms the strong dependence of the ratings on party preferences. The government enjoys strong support among voters of the Civic Coalition (87%) and the Left (72%).. On the other hand Opposition to it is most often declared by supporters of opposition groups: Confederation of the Crown of Poland (84%), Law and Justice (80%) and Confederation of Freedom and Independence (77%)..
Respondents are equally critical of specific government actions – 52%. respondents say negative things about them, and 37 percent positively. In the context of the economy, only 36 percent respondents believe that the government's policy creates opportunities to improve the economic situation, while 52 percent is of the opposite opinion.
There is also dissatisfaction with the fact that Donald Tusk is the head of the government – this opinion is expressed by 54 percent. respondents, at 36 percent satisfied.
