According to data provided by local governments to PAP, the highest amounts were paid in Poznań, while in Kraków, Lublin or Warsaw no additional financial support for the holidays is planned. Funds from the Social Benefits Fund were sent to officials at the end of November. IN Zduńska Wola officials will receive from PLN 700 to PLN 1,000 gross, and employees' children will receive packages worth up to PLN 100. IN Strzegom benefits will range from PLN 650 to PLN 850, depending on family income, and in Katowice — from PLN 500 to PLN 800.
IN Redzik family officials can count on cash benefits ranging from PLN 300 to PLN 600 and Christmas packages for children worth PLN 80. IN He gets sick payments will range from PLN 90 to PLN 350, and in addition, employees' children will receive parcels.
IN Konin civil servants will not receive Christmas benefits from the Social Fund, but an incentive payment is planned, the amount of which will depend on the available funds in the wage fund. Employees' children will receive gift vouchers worth PLN 150 to PLN 190.
IN Gniezno employees will be able to apply for Christmas benefits, the amount of which will be determined in accordance with the ZFŚS regulations. Employees' children will receive vouchers or packages of sweets.

The Company Social Benefits Fund is mandatory in budgetary and local government units. Its amount is determined on the basis of the basic deduction, which in 2025 amounts to 37.5%. base amount, i.e. PLN 2,723.40 per employee. These funds can be used for various forms of support, including Christmas benefits, but the decision on their payment depends on the regulations in force in a given office.
