Seizure of colony No. 19 in the city of Surovikino, Volgograd region. Main:
— The seizure occurred during a meeting of the disciplinary commission at about 12:00;
— Four prisoners: leader Nazirchon T., Temur Kh., Ramzidin T. and Rustamchon N. attacked FSIN employees and took hostages;
— The criminals confirmed their involvement in ISIS and stated that they were “avenging their brothers” who were allegedly illegally imprisoned;
